VOLKER THOMSEN recently completed a successful term as the President and CEO of St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He is an outspoken advocate for progressive education, healthy sustainable living, and the use of appropriate technologies and renewables like wind, ground-source and solar.
